## How to order

Choose a bouquet on the website, add gifts, write the card message and set the delivery date and time. The order is sent on WhatsApp, where the shop confirms it and arranges payment. Customers abroad can order and pay in their own time zone.

## Questions and answers

### Do you deliver the same day in Nairobi?
Yes. Order before 3:00pm and the flowers arrive the same day anywhere in Nairobi. Orders after 3:00pm go out the next morning in the first slot.

### How much is delivery?
Delivery is KES 250 in the CBD, KES 300 in Westlands and Kilimani, and KES 450 in Karen, Ruaka and along Thika Road. Outside Nairobi we use a next-day courier at KES 800. The fee appears before you order, not after.

### Can I pay with M-Pesa?
Yes. Pay with M-Pesa, pay by card, or pay the rider when the flowers arrive.

### How long do the flowers last?
Roses hold for five to seven days. Alstroemeria and chrysanthemums hold for seven to nine days. Cut two centimetres off the stems and change the water every second day.

### Can I send flowers to Kenya from abroad?
Yes. Order in your own time zone and set the delivery date and time slot in Nairobi time. We send the delivery photo to your WhatsApp.

### Can the flowers be a surprise?
Yes. Tick the surprise option at checkout. The rider calls the recipient without naming you, and your message stays inside the sealed card.
